Poor laptop

Unfortunately my laptop has gone in to computer hospital, feels like I have lost my left arm!!!
So I am going to take a few days out from Blogging just while she gets better and then we can go blogging together again.
In the meantime I have decided to go on a "bit" of a non spending spree for a while (well, clothes and make up to be exact). I'm going on a garden/home makeover jaunt instead. Now the weathers changing I want to get into the garden and it definitely needs some TLC!!
So that is my first project, hopefully I will be able to update you all soon

Revlon Photo Ready primer review

I got this to try as I ran out of my usual No 7 primer (which I wasn’t too keen on actually). So I thought I would give this a go.
Revlon Photo Ready primer
I have been using it for quite some time now and I must say I really don’t like it. Firstly I know this is really petty but the thing that annoys me about it the most is every time I use it which is pretty much every day, how shall I say it? blobs!! You know when you’ve not used a product for ages and you squeeze it out the first thing that comes out is a firmer “blob” where the air has slightly hardened the product. Well that’s what comes out every time I use it and it has really got on my nerves! Secondly it feels far too thick on my skin for my liking, you can really tell you’ve got something on your skin. It’s just too heavy, it does wear off a bit eventually but it’s not for me I don’t like this feeling at all. And thirdly for me, I wouldn’t say it primed my skin, I still found I was still using a bit of my benefit porefessional as well.
So all in all it’s a no no from me on this one, maybe it would suit a more oiler skin, I found it quite drying.
I think I will give this one to my daughter.

I’ve now bought Garnier 5 Second Perfect Blur to try, will do a review soon

Another Dorothy Perkins trip

I really must stop going in Dorothy Perkins! It’s lethal!! Yet more purchases. This time a pair of regular mid grey skinny jeans £25.00 to add to my collection of colours.
Blue and white pearl jumper £28.00
And also this jumper, trust me to buy jumpers this time of the year when the weathers changing! Always do things backwards!! Although it could easily be worn on a cool summers evening
I couldn’t resist, it was too nice to leave all alone on the rail. he he

And I do wish they would move the jewellery stands away from the till area! Every time I’m in the queue something jumps of the display and into my hand......every time!!!

This time it was this little reduced necklace..... thought it was cute and was only £3.00

Liluu's haircut

So Liluu went to the groomers. She was very nervous and didn’t like me leaving her, she’s such a mommy’s girl. As it was here first time I had a chat with the groomer about what I wanted but to be honest I was a little bit unsure as it was her first time. So I asked the groomer to take the length of her hair by half its length, take her feet a little bit shorter (as it had got very long round her feet) and trim her face especially under her chin. They pretty much did as I asked apart from her body was a lot shorter than I actually wanted and so was the top of her head. It cost £28.00 which I was a little bit surprised at as she is such a little dog.

She was there for three hours and although she did smell amazing, she was absolutely terrified. As I said she gets very upset and nervous. She got her self that worked up that she had sickness and diarrhoea afterwards, bless her, she does the same when we go to the vets.
I’m now debating whether to try and clip her myself as I used to a hairdresser, I know it’s not the same but I might give it a try and see how it goes. I do feel awful putting her through these ordeals.

Mama Mio Skin tight toning serum review

Recently I got a sample of Skin tight toning serum (£35.00) by Mama Mio

It claims to smooth and retexturise uneven crepy, slack, tired skin anywhere. I used it on my face, jaw line, neck and d├ęcolletage. It says to use twice a day for 6-8 weeks for maximum results. I used it for 10 days day and night, and I definitely saw a massive difference!!! Especially on my d├ęcolletage.

It has tightened up my jaw line nicely and my face feels a lot firmer in such a short space of time.
I must say I really really like it, I can't believe how soft and silky my skin feels, it also seems to of helped with my pores. The last few years I have noticed that my pores have been getting larger, not massive just I supposed opening more as my skin loses its elasticity with age. This definitely seems to of helped with this problem. I would definitely purchase this product again. I have got my eye on the Nexercise (£29.50) which aimed specifically at necks and jaw lines. I might also try the OMG feel good mini kit (£29.50) as well. Also you can earn Loyalty points with their website, points are always good in my opinion.

Origins Plantscription Anti-aging eye cream

I decided to try a new eye cream as I was tired of my Boots eye cream. I was torn between Clairns and Origins. In the end I decided upon origins mainly because of their natural properties.
When I opened the box it smelled amazing!!! Even with the cold I have.
I ordered it online from their website as it was free delivery on all orders and two free samples, the ones I chose were Ginzing eyecream and Dr Weils mega bright serum.
Plus if you spend over £30 you get a free skincare trio comprising of Frothy face wash, Modernfriction (dermabrasion) and A perfect world (moisturiser).
Then for some reason I had another two free samples in my basket which were Plantscription Anti-aging eye treatment and Age-defence moisturizer which was an added bonus.

The eye cream I order was Plantscription Anti-aging eye cream

I decide upon this one as number 3 and 4 below appealed to me the most, could definitely do with a bit of help in the lifting department.
1. Diminishes the appearance crow's feet
2. Noticeably reduces the appearance of undereye cross hatching
3. Smoothes the look of crepey lids
4. Lifts & firms the appearance of saggy eye skin

Can’t wait to start using them, I will do a review soon
